Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Согласно ТЗ. Товар должен быть новым (не ранее 2022 года), не бывшим в употреблении. Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом. (аналог не рассматривается)

Участникам необходимо подписать следующие документы:
1. Письмо о незаинтересованности
2. Заполнить регистрационную анкету
3. Подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4. Предоставить КП с тех.описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
