Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

"Требования к закупу:
1) участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности;
2) заполнить регистрационную анкету;
3) предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
4) Полное соответствие с тех. заданием

! На момент поставки товара предоставить сертификат качества/соответствия/отказное письмо если товар официально не сертифицируется. Так же если товар требует оплаты утиль сбора, необходимо предоставить сертификат об оплате утилизационного сбора и договор с АО «Жасыл Даму» от импортёра.
! Права выборки товара остается за покупателем.
! Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении."
