Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Требования к закупу:
1. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не ранее 2022г.
2. К заявки должны быть приложены документы, подтверждающие качество товара (сертификаты, паспорта).
3. Строго по заказу на отгрузку без права выборки товара, права так же остается за заказчиком
4. Полное соответствие Техническому заданию.
5. завод-изготовитель/дилер/субдилер/партнер либо правообладатель бренда/марки закупаемого товара. В случае если потенциальный поставщик не является заводом-изготовителем или правообладателем бренда/марки закупаемого товара, должно быть предоставлено письмо/договор от завода-изготовителя или правообладателя бренда/марки с подтверждением контрактных/деловых отношений
