Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

2. Приложить техническую спецификацию, заверенную подписью первого руководителя и печатью, в которой указывается страна происхождения, завод-изготовитель, наименование модели и технические характеристики предлагаемого к поставке товара.
1) участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности
2) заполнить регистрационную анкету
3) подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4) предоставить КП с тех.описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки
Без вышеуказанных документов заявка участника не будет рассматриваться
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
