Two-stage purchase procedure

Comments: Гарантийный ремонт оборудования должен обеспечиваться в течении 10 рабочих дней с подачи заявки от Заказчика. Все расходы, связанные с гарантийной заменой (включая доставку до сервисного центра и обратно), возмещаются за счет Поставщика.
В случае необходимости увеличения срока гарантийного ремонта по причине отсутствия в сервисном центре комплектующих для замены, Поставщик должен направить официальное письмо, а также предоставить равнозначные по техническим требованиям, указанным в настоящей Технической спецификации, Товары в течении 10 рабочих дней. При этом срок гарантийного ремонта увеличивается до 30 календарных дней с момента подачи заявки
