Rebidding is held in the form of on-line bidding:

• participants admitted by the Organizer to rebidding may repeatedly change their price offers (towards a decrease);
• changes of participant ranks are immediately displayed on the marketplace;
• the offer submission period is automatically extended by 10 minutes if a participant improves their rank;
• submitting a price higher than the one previously submitted by the participant is prohibited.
