Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
Победителю тендера будет предложено заключить договор на годовой объем поставки промо-материалов (сувенирной продукции). ЦАРИКЦ не может гарантировать 100-процентный закуп товаров, перечисленных в приложении к настоящему приглашению, в связи с тем, что финансовые средства поступают в ЦАРИКЦ со стороны УНП ООН, объем которых может не покрывать расходы на закуп всех позиций. После даты окончания подачи заявок потенциальным поставщикам необходимо предоставить тендерные заявки, запечатанные в конверт до 27 апреля 2021г. 10.00 утра.
Просим внимательно изучить приглашение к участию и требования по формированию тендерной документации.

Уважаемые участники,
К сожалению, процедура вскрытия конвертов не была
произведена.
В виду неблагоприятной финансовой ситуации в
организации мы вынуждены сократить расходы и
отказаться от сувенирной продукции до улучшения
положения дел.
Как только ситуация изменится мы переобъявим
тендер.

Организации могут забрать запечатанные конверты
при необходимости.
