Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Закуп товара «Принтер этикеток Zebra ZD420» по лоту № PFS /75 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения заявок осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
5.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
