Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Оплата по Договору производится в размере 100% от стоимости поставленного Товара в течение 15 (пятнадцать) рабочих дней с момента предоставления Покупателю счета-фактуры, выставленного на основании надлежащим образом оформленных документов, подтверждающих надлежащую поставку Товара по количеству и качеству: накладная и/или акт приема-передачи Товара и/или акт ввода в эксплуатацию (при необходимости проведения пуско-наладочных работ, шеф-монтажа, ввода Товара в эксплуатацию), подписанных между Сторонами и скрепленных их печатями, при условии наличия у Покупателя оригинала Договора, подписанного обеими Сторонами
Delivery terms:В течение 10-15 рабочих дней DDP Производственный участок ТОО "RG GOLD", расположенный по адресу: Акмолинская область, Бурабайский район, Успеноюрьевский сельский округ, близ села Райгородок.
Georeferencing:Акмолинская область, Бурабайский район, Успеноюрьевский сельский округ, близ села Райгородок.
Comments:
Необходимо приложить сертификат качества или паспорт от завода-изготовителя и коммерческое предложение на фирменном бланке, с печатью и подписью уполномоченного лица, с указанием стоимости за единицу товара, с условием доставки и оплаты, с указанием исходящего номера и срока действия коммерческого предложения.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
