Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Обоснование: 4. Решение комиссии:
4.1. Закуп услуг по техническому сопровождению и модификации модулей 1С: Предприятие 8 по лоту № PFS/40-У - признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок не осталось коммерческих предложений).
4.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
