Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. Департаменту маркетинга и стратегического развития в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках с ИП "Абишева Альмира Алихановна", (BEL Production) на общую сумму 714 000 тенге без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
