Обоснование: Отклонено по лоту П/106 согласно пп.1) п.7.2. Правил закупок. Цена услуг, указанная в предложенном коммерческом предложении по вышеуказанному лоту, превышает стоимость, предусмотренную бюджетом для осуществления закупа.

РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Закуп услуг по производству рекламного видеоролика топливного бренда «TULPAR 95» по лоту П/106 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
