Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп услуг продление подписки для программно-аппаратного комплекса обеспечения защиты сетевой инфраструктуры Palo Alto PA-850 (межсетевой экран) по лоту PFS/16 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения осталось менее 2 коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
