Обоснование: 4. Решение комиссии:
4.1. Закуп услуг «Изготовление топливных карт для обслуживания клиентов по получению нефтепродуктов» по лоту № П-1/118 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок осталось менее 2 ценовых предложений).
4.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
