Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 10 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 10 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:
Покупатель оплачивает принятый от Поставщика по Акту приема-передачи Товар в течение 30 (тридцати) банковских дней со дня регистрации в компании Покупателя подписанного Сторонами соответствующего Акта приема-передачи Товара. Покупатель производит оплату на основании соответствующего счета-фактуры (счета на оплату) за вычетом любых сумм, причитающихся Покупателю от Поставщика по настоящему Договору и/или в соответствии с применимым законодательством.
