Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Закуп товаров «Жилого вагончика для нефтебазы в г. Алматы», по лотам № PFS/29-Т, PFS/30-Т признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок осталось менее 2 ценовых предложений).
5.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов
