Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем закупа товаров «УСН-150.4 (со съемными шарнирами)» по лотам № PFS/16-1 – PFS/16-3 – ООО «АЗСТРАСТСТРОЙ».
5.2. Администратору закупок, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор с ООО «АЗСТРАСТСТРОЙ» на общую сумму в размере 26 880 000 тенге без НДС, из расчета стоимости за единицу в размере 1 680 000 тенге без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
