Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем закупа товаров «Ручная бензиновая мотокоса (триммер)» по лотам № П/473-1 – П/473-9 – ИП «Мираж».
5.2. Администратору закупок, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2023 год (пункт 13.1. Правил закупок), заключить договор с ИП «Мираж» на общую сумму в размере 4 048 000 тенге без НДС, из расчета стоимости за единицу в размере 44 000 тенге без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
