Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем закупок товаров «Мебель для филиалов (АЗС)», по лотам № PFS/119, № PFS/120, № PFS/121, PFS/266 - ТОО «Мodern Office Furniture».
5.2. Административному департаменту в срок не позднее 20 (двадцать) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках товаров «Мебель для филиалов (АЗС)» с ТОО «Мodern Office Furniture» на общую сумму 11 286 320 тенге, без НДС, согласно коммерческого предложения, поданного в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
