Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем закупок товаров «Мебель для филиалов (АУП)» по лотам № Г-1/812, Г-1/813, Г-1/821, Г-1/822, Г/1462 - ТОО «Мodern Office Furniture».
5.2. Административному департаменту в срок не позднее 20 (двадцать) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках товаров «Мебель для филиалов (АУП)» с ТОО «Мodern Office Furniture» на общую сумму 18 872 150 тенге, без НДС, согласно коммерческого предложения, поданного в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
