Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителями закупок товаров для новогоднего оформления АЗС «Qazaq Oil» по лотам:
- Г/1368-1 – ТОО "Швейное производство "Елена",
- Г/1368-2 – ИП "Продвижение".
2. Департаменту маркетинга и стратегического развития, в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договора о закупках (сроком поставки до 16 декабря 2022 года) с:
- ТОО "Швейное производство "Елена" по лоту Г/1368-1 на общую сумму 2 621 700 тенге без НДС;
- ИП "Продвижение" по лоту Г/1368-2 на общую сумму 3 159 828,80 тенге без НДС.
3. Победителю закупок - ТОО "Швейное производство "Елена", указанному в пункте 1 настоящего протокола итогов, необходимо устранить все замечания, выявленные при осмотре образцов, привести в соответствие с требованиями технической спецификации и предоставить исправленные образцы в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с даты утверждения настоящего протокола итогов.
