Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителями закупа товаров для гастрозоны АЗС (в ассортименте) по подлотам:
- П/236-1 – ТОО "CleanHouse Astana";
- П/236-2 – ИП "AYAN ZHAPSAR".
2. Департаменту управления минимартами, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2024 год, заключить договор о закупках с:
- ТОО "CleanHouse Astana" на общую сумму 3 400 000 тенге без НДС;
- ИП "AYAN ZHAPSAR" на общую сумму 1 374 460,80 тенге без НДС.
3. Закуп товаров для гастрозоны АЗС (в ассортименте) по лоту П/236-3 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8. Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок не осталось коммерческих предложений).
4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
