5.2. Администратору закупок, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2023 год (пункт 13.1. Правил закупок), заключить договор с ООО «АЗСТРАСТСТРОЙ» на общую сумму в размере 20 705 000 тенге без НДС, из расчета стоимости за единицу в размере 505 000 тенге без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
