5.2. Департаменту управления минимартами в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор с ТОО «HotCold»(ХотКолд) на общую сумму 4 698 000 тенге, без учета НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
