Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension

Comments:
Заявка на участие должна содержать следующее:
1. Заполненную и подписанную техническую спецификацию с указанием цены за единицу каждого оборудования с монтажом в разрезе каждой АЗС;
2. Копии актов приема-передачи товаров/отзывы/рекомендации, подтверждающие опыт выполнения аналогичных поставок;
3. Справка с налогового органа об отсутствии налоговой задолженности;
4. Справка о государственной регистрации юридического лица.

* Лот № 1 состоит из 1 позиции (реконструкция АЗС).
** Лот № 2 состоит из 2 позиций (ребрендинг).

Каждая позиция представляет полное оснащение АЗС торгово-холодильным оборудованием.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.

1. Признать победителем закупа торгово-холодильного оборудования (ТХО) на ребрендинг 2 АЗС, реконструкция 1 АЗС по лотам № PFS/6-Р и PFS/7-Р – ТОО "HotCold (ХотКолд)".
2. ТОО "PetroRetail PFS", в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках с ТОО "HotCold (ХотКолд)" на общую сумму 53 530 000 тенге без НДС.
