Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Закуп товаров «Средств индивидуальной защиты на 2021 год» лоты № П/611-1; П/612-3; П/613-2 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения коммерческих предложений, осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
