Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Закуп товаров по «Специальной обуви зимней на 2021 год» по лоту № Г/1059 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок не осталось ценовых предложений).
5.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарище-ство вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
