Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем закупки мониторов по лотам Г/1019, Г/1020 - ТОО "Белый Ветер KZ".
2. Департаменту информационных технологий в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках с ТОО "Белый Ветер KZ" на общую сумму 6 720 000 тенге без НДС.
3. Закуп системных блоков по лотам Г/1043, Г/1044 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок осталось менее 2 ценовых предложений).
4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
