Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Признать победителями закупа серверного оборудования для контрольных приборов учета нефтепродуктов на нефтебазах по подлотам:
- PFS/5-Т-1, PFS/5-Т-6 – ТОО "DIMIRUS";
- PFS/5-Т-2 – ТОО "Tevo Consulting";
- PFS/5-Т-5 – ТОО "Zerde Business Solutions".
2. Департаменту информационных технологий, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2024 год, заключить договора с:
- ТОО "DIMIRUS" на общую сумму в размере 12 043 885 тенге без НДС;‬ ‬
- ТОО "Tevo Consulting" на общую сумму в размере 2 142 860 тенге без НДС;‬ ‬
- ТОО "Zerde Business Solutions" на общую сумму в размере 455 000 тенге без НДС;‬ ‬

3. Закуп серверного оборудования для контрольных приборов учета нефтепродуктов на нефтебазах по подлотам PFS/5-Т-3 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее 2 (двух) коммерческих предложений).
4. Закуп серверного оборудования для контрольных приборов учета нефтепродуктов на нефтебазах по подлотам PFS/5-Т-4 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (предоставлено менее 2 (двух) коммерческих предложений).
5. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
