Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. "Закуп расходных материалов (картриджей) в г. Астана" по лотам Г/1009, Г/1010, Г/1015 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок осталось менее 2 ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
