Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп работ по устройству кабельной эстакады АСН и ремонту фундамента по лоту № 1 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.15. Правил закупок (после отклонения осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
