Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп работ по ремонту здания и резервуаров на нефтебазе в г. Усть-Каменогорск по лотам № 36 и 39 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (по лоту № 36 после отклонения заявок на участие не осталось конкурентных ценовых предложений; по лоту № 39 отсутствие коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
