Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Закуп работ по разработке проектно-сметной документации на установку системы вентиляции в лаборатории на нефтебазе в г. Нур-Султан по лоту PFS/51-Р признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения заявок не осталось ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
