Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ

1. Повторный закуп ремонтных работ по подключению к центральному водоснабжению АЗС с разработкой проекта и оформлением исполнительной документации по лотам №PFS/52 и 60 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок на участие не осталось ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктом 12.9 Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закуп в срок, не позднее 10 рабочих дней со дня подписания настоящего Протокола.
