Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп работ по подключению АЗС к центральному водоснабжению в г. Есиль по лоту №54 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок на участие осталось менее двух ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
