Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп работ по капитальному ремонту административного здания и ремонту ограждения на нефтебазах в регионах Республики Казахстан по лотам № 11 и 12 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок Заказчика (отсутствие конкурентных заявок - предоставлено менее двух ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
