Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителями закупок оборудования для серверной (сервер, жесткие диски) следующих Поставщиков:
- по лотам № Г/941, Г/942 - ТОО «Tandem TVS»;

5.2. Департаменту информационных технологий в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договора о закупках на следующих условиях:
- с ТОО «Tandem TVS» на общую сумму комм. предложения (по лотам № Г/941, Г/942) – 30 092 004,00 тенге (без НДС);

5.3. Закуп на поставку жестких дисков для СХД по лоту №Г/940 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (заявки поставщиков не представлены).

5.4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
