Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:

5.1. Признать победителями закупок на поставку IP-телефонов, коммутаторов следующих Поставщиков:
- по лоту № PFS/93 (коммутаторы) - ТОО «Temir Communications»;
- по лоту № PFS/99 (IP-телефоны) - ТОО «ZP International»;

5.2. Департаменту информационных технологий в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договора о закупках на следующих условиях:
- с ТОО «Temir Communications» на общую сумму комм. предложения – 5 832 000,00 тенге (без НДС);
- с ТОО «ZP International» на общую сумму комм. предложения – 2 954 330,01 тенге (без НДС);

5.3. Закуп на поставку 2D сканеров штрих-кода по лоту № PFS/97 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (представлено менее двух коммерческих предложений).

5.4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
