Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем закупки товаров "Морозильные лари" по лоту PFS/73-2 – ТОО "Техномир ПВ".
2. Департаменту управления минимартами в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола (пункт 13.1. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail») заключить договор о закупке товаров "Морозильные лари" с ТОО "Техномир ПВ" на общую сумму 10 489 500,00 (десять миллионов четыреста восемьдесят девять тысяч пятьсот) тенге без учета НДС.
