Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителями канцелярских товаров (в ассортименте) на 2025 год по позициям:
- 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 18, 24, 27, 28, 29, 37, 38, 42 – ТОО "АБДИ ЕКОН";
- 1, 2, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 39, 40, 41 – ТОО "PANA GROUP".
2. Организационно - административному департаменту, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договора с:
- ТОО "АБДИ ЕКОН" на сумму в размере – 3 729 244,41 тенге без учета НДС;
- ТОО "PANA GROUP" на сумму в размере – 6 492 336 тенге без учета НДС.
