Потенциальные поставщики, изъявившие желание участвовать в закупках, обязаны предоставить образцы продукции для подведения итогов закупа с заявками, по тем лотам, в которых они участвуют по адресу: г. Астана, проспект Туран 1, кабинет 022. Образцы товаров будут возвращены поставщикам по итогам закупа.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.

Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Признать победителем закупа имиджевой продукции с нанесением логотипа по лотам П/558, Г/729-2 – ИП "Власов".
2. Организационно - административному департаменту, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор с ИП "Власов" на общую сумму в размере ‭3 296 925‬ тенге без НДС.‬‬‬‬‬‬
3. Закуп имиджевой продукции с нанесением логотипа по лоту Г/729-1 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее 2 (двух) коммерческих предложений).
4. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
