Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Закуп "мерник, резервуары, лебедка электрическая" по лоту PFS/46-1 – PFS/46-11, PFS/50 – PFS/54 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок.
2. Департаменту технической поддержки, в соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
