Обоснование: 4. Решение комиссии:
4.1. Закуп товара " Бумага офисная А4" по лотам № Г/1336-1 – Г/1336-12 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок не осталось ценовых предложений).
4.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
