Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Закуп автоматизированной системы налива (АСН) на нефтебазы в г. Семей, Жамбылскую область, г. Караганда с учетом монтажных и пуско-наладочных работ по подлотам PFS/71-T (1), PFS/71-T (2), PFS/71-T (3) признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
