1. Наличие согласие на Особые условия договора
2. Наличие согласия на Общие условия Договора
3. Форма ценового предложения- Коммерческое предложения (КП) с указанием всех условии
4. Заполненная регистрационная анкета совместно со всеми документами в пункте 6, указанных в Анкете
5. Анкета комплексной надлежащей проверки
6. Наличие письма о незаинтересованности
7. Подписанное гарантийного письмо о полном соответствии участника техническому заданию
8. Подписанное Техническое задание с Приложениями 1,2,3,4.
9. Свидетельство НДС (при наличии);
