Работы проводятся с целью поддержания в технически исправном состоянии системы автоматической пожарной сигнализации, системы оповещения и управления эвакуацией людей при пожаре, системы автоматического газового и порошкового пожаротушения, системы охранной сигнализации, системы противодымной сигнализации, автоматической сплинкерной системы и системы внутреннего и наружного пожаротушения.
