Payment terms:Оплата выполненных по настоящему Договору Работ осуществляется Заказчиком в соответствии с Календарным планом после подписания Сторонами Акта выполненных работ по форме Р-1 (далее – Акт Р-1) в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных после получения
Заказчиком полного комплекта документов (счета-фактуры, акта выполненных работ) путем перечисления Заказчиком денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика, указанный в разделе 15 настоящего договора. Гарантийные удержания составляют 2% (два) процента от стоимости, указанной в Акте Р-1.
Delivery terms:согласно календарного плана.
Georeferencing:Объекты Петропавловского отделения ЮУЖД – филиала «ОАО» РЖД. Место выполнения работ определяется исполнителем самостоятельно в соответствии с требованиями технического задания.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
