Payment terms:Оплата выполненных Работ производится в размере 95% (девяносто пяти процентов) за фактически выполненные и принятые Заказчиком объемы Работ в течение 120 (ста двадцати) календарных дней при предоставлении Подрядчиком первичных учетных документов:
- акт выполненных работ;
- справку о стоимости выполненных строительных работ и затрат;
- счета или счетов - фактур за отчетный период.
Гарантийное удержание, осуществляемое Заказчиком в размере 5% (пяти процентов) от стоимости выполненных Работ, является обеспечительной мерой, гарантирующей надлежащее качество выполняемых Работ и покрытие возможных расходов Заказчика, вызванных ненадлежащим выполнением Подрядчиком своих обязательств по настоящему Договору.
