Обоснование: Принято РЕШЕНИЕ:
14.2. определить пул поставщиков из следующих участников Закупки – ТОО «Шенкер Казахстан», ТОО «Global Bridge (Глобал Бридж)» и ТОО «Interlink global services», создавая между ними конструктивную конкуренцию.
14.3. Заказчику ТОО «Food Solutions KZ» в последовательности:
14.3.1. проводить постоянные переговоры с уполномоченными представителями потенциальных поставщиков, указанных в пп.14.2) п.14 настоящего протокола, в целях получения более выгодных условий по закупке;
14.3.3. проконтролировать заключение договоров ООО «РУЛОГ» с потенциальными поставщиками, указанными в пп.14.2) п.14 настоящего протокола
