Обоснование: Заключить договор на поставку с единственным участником ИП "Pyramida Pluse" , т.к. закупка по данным позициям проводится второй раз и данный потенциальный поставщик при размещении закупки раннее также являлся единственным участником. Предложенные поставщиком технические характеристики товара полностью соответствую заявленным.
